By accessing or using CLAJAMA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CLAJAMA is an AI-powered website generation platform that creates websites for local businesses. The Service allows you to:

  • Import business data from Google Business Profile and Facebook Page
  • Generate and customize websites using AI
  • Host and publish websites
  • Connect third-party services for enhanced functionality

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload or generate content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restricted areas
  • Use the Service to generate websites containing malware, phishing, or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the business data, images, and content you import or upload. You grant CLAJAMA a license to host, display, and process this content solely to provide the Service.

CLAJAMA IP: The Service, including its code, design, AI models, algorithms, and branding, is owned by CLAJAMA and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated Websites: The website generated for you is your property. You may export, transfer, or delete it at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

When you connect third-party services (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Square):

  • You authorize us to access the data described in the authorization prompt
  • We only read data — we never post, modify, or delete content on your behalf
  • You must comply with each third-party's terms of service
  • We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data

7. Payments and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase
  • All payments are processed securely through Square
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLAJAMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated websites will achieve specific business results.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
